How can I check my Delight mobile number?
From your phone simply key in *905# followed by pressing the call key. Your Delight mobile number will automatically display on screen.
How can I check the account balance?
From your phone simply key in *192# followed by pressing the call key. Your credit balance will automatically display on screen.
How can I retrieve my voicemail?
Dial 2020 from your Delight Mobile, or dial 0688 9999 897 from any other phone.
When in your home network, voice messages are charged at 0.67ct/min with an additional 10ct connection fee per message.
Calling from abroad:
You will incur the roaming charges of the chosen network provider. All voicemail messages (whether played, unplayed or saved) will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

I have forgotten my PUK/ PIN code
Your PUK / PIN code is displayed on the SIM Card holder that came in your starter pack. Please retain it for safekeeping. Alternatively, you can call our customer service team and they will be Delighted to assist you.

You may be asked security questions in order to verify that you are the account holder.
Please be advised that it costs €1 to do a SIM swap. The amount will be deducted from your balance.

I’ve lost the signal/network coverage — what shall I do?
Select the menu 'Delight Services'
Then click on ‘Select Roaming Mode’.
- Two options will appear. Select ‘Manual’ followed by 'In Oesterreich'. This should allow your phone to reconnect to the network.
