- Your bundle units are valid for 4 weeks from the date of activation. Any unused units will expire after that date.
- Bundles are automatically renewed when they expire.
- You cannot renew your bundle before it expires. For example, a 4 weeks bundle can only be renewed at the end of the 4 week period.
- If you exceed your bundle call limit, you will be charged €0,01 per minute when calling to Austrian landlines and €0,09 per minute when calling to Austrian mobile phones.
- Allowances & validity: Allowances are valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Any remaining allowance after 4 weeks will not be carried over into the next 4 weeks period. Customers who, before the expiration of the 4 weeks period, opt for different bundles within the same bundle group, shall lose the possibly leftover allowance of the former bundle, being granted of the allowance relevant to the newly opted bundle for the next 4 weeks period.
- Unlimited minutes & texts are subjected to a fair usage of 3000 mins & 3000 texts.
- Call Credit transfer amount cannot be used to purchase any Bundle(s).
