Once you have purchased a multi-functional top-up voucher simply do the following:
1. Key in *191* followed by the 10-digit PIN number found on the back of the multi-functional voucher, followed by the # key.
2. Then press the call key.
Alternatively, dial 2030 from your Delight Mobile, or dial 0688 99 99 898 from any other phone and follow the instructions.
